Motor Vehicle Accident Involving Danielle MacDonald

Danielle MacDonald had a motor vehicle accident causing pain in her neck, shoulder, and between her shoulder blades. This accident resulted in significant physical harm causing multiple injuries. These injuries included whiplash, mechanical neck and back pain, myofascial pain, radicular pain/paresthesia/numbness, cervicogenic headaches, disc injury, soft tissue injuries, sprains/strains, and post-traumatic facet syndrome. Danielle sought medical treatment from Dr. Katherine MacAdam at Dr. MacAdam & Associates. The specifics of the accident are not mentioned but it is evident that the accident resulted in severe injuries which include whiplash associated disorder (WAD) I, II, III, mechanical neck/back pain, myofascial pain, radicular pain, numbness, cervicogenic headaches, disc injury, post-traumatic facet syndrome, soft tissue injuries, and sprain/strain. Acute hip flare-up occurred which later improved, likewise her neck and upper back pain. Post the accident, the patient was diagnosed with injuries and started experiencing pain in her neck and low back.

An MVA on this day, resulted in significant physical harm to Danielle MacDonald, causing multiple types of injuries that required ongoing medical care. This included pain in neck, shoulder, and shoulder blade region as a direct result of the MVA. The medical treatments received included heat, ice, taping, core exercises, education, traction, interferential therapy, plyometrics, proprioception training, acupuncture, spinal manipulation, Graston technique, home exercise program, mobility/flexibility training, toggle board technique, aerobic training, mobilization, dry needling, contrast bath, muscle stimulation, myofascial release/soft tissue technique, active release therapy, manual therapy, ergonomic evaluation, ultrasound, orthotics, neuromobilization, and extremity manipulation. Moreover, Danielle had a case of bronchitis which worsened her neck, back, and hip pain.

Slip and fall incident involving Danielle MacDonald

Just a few days after the accident, Danielle MacDonald slipped and fell. This incident resulted in injuries to her neck and back. Even though the injuries are causing her to experience pain and discomfort, they seem to be improving with treatment.
