Follow-up MVA Osteopath Treatment and Observations, Medical Records Request, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Involving Danielle MacDonald, Post-assessment and Recommendation, First Follow-up and Cognitive Testing and Second Follow up and Memory Testing

Danielle MacDonald had another appointment for MVA Osteopath Treatment.
