Incident leading to Injury

Ms. Judy Foran was involved in a series of unfortunate incidents including a pedestrian accident while crossing a crosswalk which caused a complex fracture on her right humeral tuberosity, a car accident leading to a right shoulder fracture causing complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and personal injury resulting in a fracture in her right shoulder. Treatments ranging from surgery, medications, physiotherapy, massage therapy, to clinical hypnotherapy were required to aid her recovery.
The spate of accidents led to ongoing pain, reduced range of motion, occasional hand tremor, imperviousness to cold temperatures, swelling in her hand, and limited movement capabilities in her arms.
